Abstract
Objective:To explore the influence of comfort nursing on functional exercise in children with limbs fracture after operation.Methods:70 children with limb fracture who received surgical treatment in our hospital from July 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received comfort nursing based on the control group.The compliance of functional exercise,postoperative pain,comfort,sleep quality,quality of life,psychological state and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the compliance of functional exercise was higher than that in the control group,with the differences between groups were statistical significance(P<0.05).The postoperative bed time,hospital stay and fracture healing time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group 1 to 3 days after surgery,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of comfort quality in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the score of sleep quality was lower than that in the control group,with the differences between groups were statistical significance(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Anxiety scores and Depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing in the observation group was 97.14%,higher than that in the control group 80.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comfort nursing is applied to children after the operation of limb fracture,which can reduce the postoperative pain,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,accelerate the postoperative rehabilitation process,improve the comfort of children,improve their sleep quality and quality of life,and improve nursing satisfaction.关键词
