Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of high tibial osteotomy in knee osteoarthritis.Methods:78 patients with knee joint osteoarthritis admitted to our hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group underwent medial open high tibial osteotomy(OWHTO),and the observation group underwent lateral closed high tibial osteotomy(CWHTO).Results:The clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The clinical symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).VAS scores of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and daily living ability scores of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The knee function recovery of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The level of inflammatory factors in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the level of immune function was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).The difference of leg length in observation group was less than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of CWHTO is more significant,which can effectively improve the knee joint function of patients,reduce the level of inflammatory factors and optimize immune indexes,reduce the difference in leg length,reduce the degree of pain during treatment,improve the ability of daily life,and enhance the overall rehabilitation effect,which is worthy of promotion.关键词
