Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of kinesio taping combined with oral muscle training on salivation in children with cerebral palsy.Methods:60 children with salivation of cerebral palsy admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into a control group(n=30)and an experimental group(n=30).Both groups were treated with oral muscle training,and the experimental group was additionally treated with kinesio tape.Before and 1 month after treatment,the drooling severity score(DSFS-S)and drooling frequency score(DSFS-F)were used to evaluate the drooling of the patients in the two groups.The relevant items of the oral motor function assessment table were selected to evaluate the oral function,and the swallowing function of the patients was evaluated by the standard Swallowing function Evaluation scale part 2.Results:After treatment,the DSFS-F score,DSFS-S score and SSA score of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the experimental group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The oral motor function scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the experimental group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Kinesio taping combined with oral muscle training can effectively improve salivation,oral function,and swallowing function in children with cerebral palsy,and the therapeutic effect is significantly better than oral muscle training alone.关键词
