摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of percutaneous kyphoplasty(PKP)in the treatment of senile thoracolumbar compression fracture.Results:Seventy-two elderly patients(79 vertebral bodies)with thoracolumbar compression fracture admitted to our hospital from September 2004 to April 2018 were selected as the study objects.Treatment with PKP.The percentage of median sagittal height,Cobb Angle and visual analogue pain(VAS)scores in the anterior part of the affected vertebra were compared before,after and at the last follow-up.Results:The percentage of median sagittal height,Cobb Angle and VAS score in the anterior part of the affected vertebra were significantly improved after surgery and at the last follow-up,with statistical significance between groups(P＜0.05).Conclusion:PKP is safe and effective in the treatment of elderly thoracolumbar compression fractures.关键词
