Abstract
Objective:To investigate the core competence and training needs of nurses in rehabilitation department.Methods:195 nurses in the rehabilitation department of 11 tertiary general hospitals in a province of China were selected as the research objects by convenience sampling method.The core competence scale for Rehabilitation Specialist Nurses and the rehabilitation nursing training needs questionnaire were used to investigate.Results:The total score of the core competence of nurses in rehabilitation department was(177.69±74.51)points.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that professional title and years of nursing work in rehabilitation department were the influencing factors of the core competence of nurses in rehabilitation department(P＜0.05).More than 94.36%of the nurses in the department of rehabilitation had the demand for standardized training of rehabilitation nursing.Conclusion:The core competence of nurses in the rehabilitation department is generally above the medium level,and they have a high training demand for rehabilitation nursing,suggesting that nursing managers should strengthen the rehabilitation nursing training of nurses in the rehabilitation department,especially their professional development and critical thinking ability,so as to improve their core competitiveness.关键词
