Abstract
Objective:To investigate The effects of knee cavity injection on stress response and inflammation in patients with total knee arthroplasty.Methods:92 patients with knee joint injury who received total knee arthroplasty in the First People's Hospital of Longxi County from March 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with dexamethasone injection in the knee cavity after surgery,and the observation group was treated with sodium hyaluronate injection in the knee cavity after surgery.The two groups were injected once a week in the joint cavity for 4 consecutive weeks.The knee function,clinical efficacy,C-reactive protein content,superoxide dismutase and malondialdehyde content were compared between the two groups.Results:After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 97.80%,which was higher than that of the control group 87.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The knee joint function of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The content of C-reactive protein in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The content of malondialdehyde in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the content of superoxide dismutase was higher than that in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of sodium hyaluronate injection into knee cavity in patients after total knee arthroplasty can achieve good results,significantly improve the daily activity ability of patients' knee joint,reduce the inflammatory response of patients,reduce the production of serum C-reactive protein,and improve the level of oxygen free radicals,which is worth promoting.关键词
