Abstract
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of Shangke Huoxue Decoction on knee osteoarthritis and its influence on joint function and pain.Methods:120 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to the hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with diacrein,and the observation group was treated with Shangke Huoxue Decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 3 months.The occurrence of adverse reactions,clinical efficacy,degree of joint pain,serum tumor necrosis factor-α and C-reactive protein contents were compared between the two groups.Results:After 3 months of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 98.3%,higher than that of the control group 88.3%,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There were no significant differences in the occurrence of adverse reactions such as liver and kidney function impairment,venous thrombosis,fatigue,nausea and vomiting between 2 groups(P＞0.05).The VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The contents of TNF-α and CRP in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of knee osteoarthritis can improve the therapeutic effect,and has a high safety,but also can relieve the pain of patients.关键词
