补肾活血方联合针刺治疗肱骨、胫骨骨折延迟愈合的临床研究
Clinical Study of Bushen Huoxue Recipe Combined with Acupuncture on Delayed Healing of Humerus and Tibia Fractures

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of bushen Huoxue recipe combined with acupuncture on delayed healing of humerus and tibia fractures.Methods:62 patients with delayed healing after humerus and tibia fractures admitted to our hospital from December 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with rehabilitation exercise and alfa calcitol capsule orally,and the observation group was treated with bushen Huoxue prescription combined with acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The intervention lasted for 3 months in both groups.The degree of fracture healing,pain,bone metabolism and clinical effect were compared between the two groups.Results:After 3 months of treatment,the Fernandez-Esteve X-ray score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The VAS score of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The indexes of ALP,BGP and BMP-2 in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.87%,higher than 84.33%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Bushen Huoxue recipe combined with acupuncture can improve bone metabolism,effectively promote callus growth and fracture healing in the treatment of patients with delayed healing of humerus and tibia fractures after operation,and provide reference for clinical application.关键词
