Abstract
Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of perioperative nursing in open reduction and internal fixation of femoral intertrochanteric fracture in elderly patients Methods:70 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures of the femur admitted to our hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the research subjects,divided into a control group and an observation group based on different intervention methods,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received perioperative nursing.The perioperative resting state pain scores,life ability indicators,nursing satisfaction,incidence of postoperative complications,and Oswsetry dysfunction index between two groups were compared.Results:Before nursing,comparison of pain scores between two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P＞0.05);after nursing,the pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);before nursing,comparison of Brathel index scores between two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P＞0.05);after nursing,the observation group had a higher Brathel index score than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);the nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 94.29%,which was higher than the 71.43%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.86%,lower than the control group's 25.71%,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);before nursing,comparison of Oswsetry dysfunction index scores between two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P＞0.05);after nursing,the Oswsetry dysfunction index scores in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Actively implement perioperative nursing for open reduction and internal fixation of femoral intertrochanteric fracture in elderly patients,will significantly improve the patient's pain level during the perioperative period in a resting state,it can improve living ability,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,improve nursing satisfaction,and improve Oswsetry dysfunction index,it has certain application value.关键词
