Abstract
Objective:To provide nursing guidance for patients with mental illness and bone injuries,with a focus on exploring the methods and practical effects of humanistic care nursing.Methods:80 patients with mental illness and bone injuries admitted to our hospital from February 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research subjects,according to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received humanistic care nursing intervention.Compare the improvement of quality of life,negative emotions,and fracture symptoms between two groups of patients.Results:The observation group had shorter pain disappearance time,swelling disappearance time,and fracture healing time compared to the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05);After intervention,the SCL-90 scores of both groups were lower than before intervention,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences was statistically significant(P＜0.05);After intervention,the quality of life scores of both groups were higher than before intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the differences was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Humanistic care nursing can effectively improve the quality of life of patients,alleviate their negative emotions,alleviate clinical symptoms such as anxiety,depression,and mental confusion,and shorten the clinical fracture healing time of patients.Therefore,it is recommended to apply the humanistic care nursing intervention model to the clinical nursing work of patients with mental illness and bone injuries.关键词
