系统化护理联合微创消融术对腰椎间盘突出症患者的影响
Effect of Systematic Nursing Combined with Minimally Invasive Ablation on Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of open reduction and internal fixation of rib fracture in the treatment of severe chest trauma.Methods:160 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 80 cases in each group.All patients were treated with minimally invasive ablation,the control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with systematic nursing.Lumbar function,pain degree,lumbar motion,sleep quality and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the lumbar function score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the visual analog score was lower than that of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The lumbar motion of anterior flexion and posterior extension in observation group was greater than that in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The Pittsburgh sleep quality score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.00%,lower than that in the control group(15.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Systematic nursing combined with minimally invasive ablation can improve the lumbar function of patients with lumbar disc herniation,relieve pain and reduce the incidence of complications,which is worth popularizing.关键词
