Abstract
Objective:To compare of the effects of proximal femoral nail antirotation(PFNA)and dynamic hip screw(DHS)internal fixation in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures of femur.Methods:72 patients with intertrochanteric fractures of femur admitted to our hospital from July 2019 to July 2021 were selected as the research subjects,divided into a reference group and an experimental group according to the coin toss method,with 36 cases in each group.The reference group received DHS internal fixation treatment,while the experimental group received PFNA treatment.The surgical indicators,surgical efficacy,occurrence of complications,hip joint function,and levels of inflammatory factors between two groups of patients were compared.Results:The experimental group had less intraoperative bleeding than the control group,shorter surgical time,fracture healing time,hospital stay,and weight-bearing time compared to the control group.The excellent and good treatment rate was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that of the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);6 months after surgery,the hip joint range of motion,movement,and functional activity scores in both groups were higher than before surgery,and the experimental group was higher than the reference group,the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05);1 day after surgery,in the experimental group TNF-α、IL-6 and IL-10 levels are lower than the reference group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures of femur,PFNA has a better therapeutic effect than DHS internal fixation.It can reduce intraoperative bleeding,lower inflammatory factor levels,shorten fracture healing time,and promote the improvement of hip joint function in patients.关键词
