摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the anesthetic effect of dexmedetomidine combined with brachial plexus block anesthesia in patients with upper limb fracture.Methods:98 patients with upper limb fracture admitted to the hospital from December 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method, with 49 cases in each group. The control group received brachial plexus block anesthesia, and the observation group received dexmedetomidine combined with brachial plexus block anesthesia. The hemodynamic indexes, stress response, anesthetic effect and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:T1~4,the heart rate, blood oxygen saturation and mean arterial pressure indexes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).At T4 time point, the levels of cortisol, norepinephrine and adrenocorticotropin in observation group were lower than those in control group, and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The maintenance time of sensory block and motor block in the observation group was longer than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Dexmedetomidine combined with brachial plexus block anesthesia in the surgical treatment of patients with upper limb fractures can achieve a more ideal anesthetic effect, actively reduce the influence on hemodynamics, effectively prolong the block time, and have high safety and application value.关键词
