Abstract
Objective:To study the efficiency of multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT)three-dimensional reconstruction scanning in the diagnosis of calcaneal fractures.Methods:177 patients with suspected calcaneal fractures admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the research objects.All subjects underwent X-ray examination and MSCT three-dimensional reconstruction scanning.The clinical and auxiliary examination results were used as the gold standard to analyze the diagnostic efficacy of different diagnostic methods in calcaneal fractures.In addition,the efficacy of different diagnostic methods in evaluating the degree of fracture,displacement and joint involvement was compared.Results:113 calcaneal fractures were detected by X-ray examination,including 35 cases of missed diagnosis and 7 cases of misdiagnosis.141 cases of calcaneal fractures were detected by MSCT three-dimensional reconstruction scanning,of which no case was missed and no case was misdiagnosed.Taking the clinical combined with auxiliary examination results as the gold standard,the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of MSCT three-dimensional reconstruction scanning in the diagnosis of calcaneal fractures were higher than those of X-ray examination,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The accuracy of MSCT three-dimensional reconstruction scanning in the diagnosis of single line fracture,comminuted fracture,fragment displacement and joint involvement was higher than that of X-ray examination,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:MSCT three-dimensional reconstruction scanning has high efficiency in the diagnosis of calcaneal fractures,with ideal sensitivity,specificity and accuracy.关键词
