Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of hollow compression screw and absorbable material in the treatment of foot fracture.Methods:120 patients with foot fracture in our hospital were selected as the research objects and divided into study group and control group by random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with hollow pressure screws,and the study group was treated with absorbable materials.The clinical efficacy,ankle joint function,complication rate and pain score of 2 groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of short-term treatment and long-term treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the ankle joint function score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of SF-36 in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of absorbable materials in the treatment of foot fracture patients is better,which can significantly improve the treatment effect and promote the recovery of ankle joint function as soon as possible,and the incidence of postoperative complications is relatively low,which can effectively alleviate the pain degree of patients.关键词
