Abstract
Objective:To explore the sleep factors in patients with dominant hemisphere cerebral infarction with cognitive impairment.Methods:82 patients with dominant hemispheric cerebral infarction admitted to the hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to cognitive status,with 41 cases in each group.The mental state,cognitive function,lethargy degree and sleep quality of the two groups were compared.Results:The scores of mental state and cognitive function in the observation group were(15.34±2.79)points and(16.29±3.55)points,respectively,which were lower than those in the control group(25.17±2.49)points and(24.12±3.05)points,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The sleepiness degree and sleep quality scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The mental state and cognitive function of the patients with dominant hemispheric cerebral infarction with cognitive impairment are related to multiple sleep indicators of the patients,and the patients with cognitive impairment have worse mental state and more dementia tendency.关键词
