多层螺旋CT与核磁共振成像联合诊断在腕关节损伤诊断中的效果分析OA
The Effect of Combined Diagnosis of Multi-Slice Spiral Ct and Magnetic Resonance Imaging in the Diagnosis of Wrist Joint Injury
目的:探讨多层螺旋CT联合核磁共振成像(MRI)在腕关节损伤诊断中的效果.方法:选取 2019年 7月-2021年7月我院收治的73例腕关节损伤患者为研究对象,均接受多层螺旋CT及MRI检查.并以手术病理诊断结果为参考,评估多层螺旋CT联合MRI在腕关节损伤中的诊断效果.结果:多层螺旋CT联合核磁共振对骨折、隐匿性骨折及软骨损伤的诊断符合率与手术病理诊断对比,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);多层螺旋CT联合核磁共振对关节脱位、骨挫伤及移位骨折的诊断符合率与手术病理诊断对比,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);多层螺旋CT联合核磁共振对骨折、隐匿性骨折及软骨损伤的诊断符合率高于多层螺旋CT、核磁共振,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多层螺旋CT联合核磁共振对关节脱位、骨挫伤及移位骨折的诊断符合率高于多层螺旋CT、核磁共振,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多层螺旋CT的检查时间与费用低于核磁共振及多层螺旋CT联合核磁共振,核磁共振的检查时间与费用低于多层螺旋CT联合核磁共振,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:多层螺旋CT联合MRI诊断腕关节损伤具有较高的诊断符合率,相比单一的诊断方式,能够获取更为确切的诊断结果,可以切实避免出现误诊或漏诊.有利于疾病的早发现、早诊断,可为治疗方法的选择提供有效参考,进而积极促进腕关节损伤患者预后质量的改善与提升.
Objective:To explore the effectiveness of multi-slice spiral CT combined with magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in the diagnosis of wrist joint injuries.Methods:73 patients with wrist joint injuries admitted to our hospital from July 2019 to July 2021 were selected as the research subjects,all underwent multi-slice spiral CT and MRI examinations.And evaluate the diagnostic effect of multi-slice spiral CT combined with MRI in wrist joint injury based on surgical pathological diagnosis results as a reference.Results:Comparison of diagnostic accuracy and surgical pathological diagnosis of multi-slice spiral CT combined with magnetic resonance imaging for fractures,occult fractures,and cartilage injuries,there was no statistically significant difference between groups(P>0.05);Comparison of diagnostic accuracy and surgical pathological diagnosis of joint dislocation,bone contusion,and displaced fractures using multi-slice spiral CT combined with magnetic resonance imaging,there was no statistically significant difference between groups(P>0.05).The diagnostic accuracy of multi-slice spiral CT combined with magnetic resonance imaging for fractures,occult fractures,and cartilage injuries is higher than that of multi-slice spiral CT and magnetic resonance imaging,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The diagnostic accuracy of multi-slice spiral CT combined with magnetic resonance imaging for joint dislocation,bone contusion,and displaced fractures is higher than that of multi-slice spiral CT and magnetic resonance imaging,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The examination time and cost of multi-slice spiral CT are lower than those of MRI and multi-slice spiral CT combined with MRI,and the examination time and cost of MRI are lower than those of multi-slice spiral CT combined with MRI,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of multi-slice spiral CT and MRI has a high diagnostic accuracy in diagnosing wrist joint injuries.Compared to a single diagnostic method,it can obtain more accurate diagnostic results and effectively avoid misdiagnosis or missed diagnosis.Beneficial for early detection and diagnosis of diseases,it can provide effective reference for the selection of treatment methods,and actively promote the improvement and enhancement of the prognosis quality of patients with wrist injury.
