Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of health belief education combined with early functional exercise on middle-aged and elderly patients undergoing knee replacement.Methods:78 middle-aged and elderly patients with knee replacement from June 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 39 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, the observation group received health belief education combined with early functional exercise on the basis of the control group.Health knowledge, coping style, knee joint function, balance function, hemorheology index and complications were compared between the two groups. Results:After 1 and 2 months of intervention, the scores of health knowledge and active coping style in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the scores of negative coping style were lower than those in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).The knee joint function and balance function scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).All dimension indexes of hemorheology in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Health belief education combined with early functional exercise for middle-aged and elderly patients with knee replacement can improve their health knowledge, make them actively face disease and rehabilitation training, improve knee function and balance function, and reduce the incidence of complications, which has application value.关键词
