儿童下肢骨折手术中应用七氟烷吸入麻醉的效果分析及血流动力学的影响OA
Effect Analysis and Hemodynamic Effect of Sevoflurane Inhalation Anesthesia in Children with Lower Limb Fracture Surgery
目的:探讨在儿童下肢骨折手术中应用七氟烷吸入麻醉的效果以及对其血流动力学的影响.方法:选取2019年11月—2020年 11月本院收治的 80例下肢骨折患儿为研究对象,按照双色小球法对其平均分组,各 40例.甲组采用七氟烷吸入麻醉,乙组采用右美托咪定基础麻醉,比较 2组的麻醉效果以及对患者生活质量的影响.结果:甲组的不良反应发生率低于乙组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).甲组感觉阻滞起效时间、睁眼时间、清醒时间、定向力恢复时间均短于乙组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).甲组HRQOL各维度评分均高于乙组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).甲组术中平均血氧饱和度为(99.4±0.8)%,平均动脉压为(70.6±7.4)mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa),平均心率为(108.7±8.0)次/min,均优于乙组的(98.2±0.9)%、(60.3±6.5)mmHg、(121.8±8.7)次/min,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:在儿童下肢骨折手术中应用七氟烷吸入麻醉的效果更为理想,能够更快地发挥阻滞作用,并可以使患儿术后更快苏醒,保证患儿术中血流动力学保持平稳状态,还可以防止患儿出现不良反应,提升患儿生活质量.
Objective:To investigate the effect of sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia in children with lower limb fracture surgery and its influence on hemodynamics.Methods:80 children with lower limb fractures admitted to our hospital from November 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to the two-color ball method,with 40 cases in each group.Group A was given sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia,and group B was given dexmedetomidine basic anesthesia.The anesthetic effect and the influence on the quality of life of the patients were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of adverse reactions in group A was lower than that in group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The onset time of sensory block,eye opening time,awake time and orientation recovery time in group A were shorter than those in group B,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The HRQOL scores of each dimension in group A were higher than those in group B,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The mean blood oxygen saturation was(99.4±0.8)%,mean arterial pressure was(70.6±7.4)mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa),and mean heart rate was(108.7±8.0)beats per minute in group A,which were better than(98.2±0.9)%,(60.3±6.5)mmHg,(121.8±8.7)beats per minutethose in group B,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia in the operation of lower limb fracture in children is more ideal,which can play a faster block effect,and can make the children wake up faster after operation,ensure that the children's hemodynamics remain stable during the operation,and can prevent adverse reactions in children and improve the quality of life of children.
