Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of Zhentong Xiaofeng decoction combined with celecoxib in the treatment of gout and its effect on serum uric acid(UA)and apolipoprotein A1(ApoA1)levels.Methods:82 patients with acute gouty arthritis admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The observation group(n=42)was treated with Zhentong Xiaofeng Decoction combined with celecoxib,and the control group(n=40)was treated with celecoxib alone.Before and after treatment,the pain was evaluated by digital evaluation method(NRS),TCM symptom score was performed,clinical efficacy was evaluated,and serum UA and ApoA 1 levels were detected.Results:Before treatment and 3 days after treatment,there was no significant difference in NRS scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after 5 and 7 days of treatment,the NRS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.48%,which was higher than 67.50%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in serum UA and ApoA1 levels between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the serum UA levels of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the serum UA level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the serum ApoA1 levels of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Zhentong Xiaofeng Decoction combined with celecoxib can effectively reduce UA level,improve joint symptoms,and improve the clinical efficacy in the treatment of patients with acute gouty arthritis.关键词
