Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of rapid rehabilitation concept in nursing care of patients after spinal surgery under general anesthesia.Methods:90 patients who underwent spinal surgery under general anesthesia in our hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the study objects and divided into an study group and a control group according to random allocation,with 45 cases in each group.The control group took routine nursing,the study group took routine nursing+rapid rehabilitation concept intervention,and compared the recovery speed,complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups.Results:The duration of exhaust,eating and hospitalization in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was 2.22%,which was lower than 15.55%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the study group was 95.56%,higher than that of the control group 80.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the concept of rapid rehabilitation in patients with spinal surgery after general anesthesia can speed up the recovery of the body,and is conducive to reducing the occurrence of complications,and has high patient satisfaction.关键词
