Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effects of rehabilitation training optimization and upgrading combined with health education on patients after limb fracture surgery.Methods:82 patients with limb fracture treated in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,and the experimental group was treated with rehabilitation training optimization and upgrading combined health education nursing.The compliance,motor function,mental toughness and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,the scores of Chinese version of mental toughness scale,health survey summary table,upper limb motor function and lower limb motor function of experimental group were higher than those of control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The compliance of rehabilitation training in the experimental group was 95.12%,higher than 75.61%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rehabilitation training optimization and upgrading combined with health education nursing can improve the compliance of rehabilitation training,improve the mental toughness and limb motor function of patients,and improve their quality of life.关键词
