Abstract
Objective:To explore the rehabilitation effect of improved knee joint closure therapy combined with rehabilitation nursing training on degenerative knee arthritis.Methods:79 patients with degenerative knee arthritis diagnosed and treated in our hospital from February 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into acombination group(n=40)and a closed group(n=39)according to random number table method.The closed group was treated with improved knee closure therapy,and the combined group was treated with rehabilitation nursing training.Both groups were observed for 4 weeks,and the changes of pain and knee function in the two groups were recorded and compared.Results:The total effective rate of the combined group was 97.50%after 4 weeks of nursing,which was significantly higher than 84.60%of the closed group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of nursing,the pain visual analogue score and Lequesne index score of the combined group were lower than those of the closed group,the knee function score of Lysholm was higher than that of the closed group,and the joint motion was better than that of the closed group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified knee occlusive therapy combined with rehabilitation nursing training is effective in the rehabilitation of patients with degenerative knee arthritis,which can relieve pain,enhance curative effect and improve knee joint function.关键词
