Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of targeted nursing in patients with bone injury after surgery.Methods:97 patients with bone injury who received surgical treatment in this hospital from February 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into a control group(n=48)and an observation group(n=49)according to random number table method.The control group received routine care for postoperative pain,while the observation group received targeted care for postoperative pain.The fear of movement,pain degree,emotional state,sleep quality,functional rehabilitation degree of affected limb,compliance with rehabilitation intervention and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results:1 week,1 month and 3 months after operation,the fear score of observation group was lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The visual analogue scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group on the 5th and 10th day after surgery and on the day of discharge,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The anxiety scores,depression scores and sleep quality scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Three months after operation,the functional rehabilitation degree of the affected limb in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rehabilitation compliance of the observation group was 95.92%,higher than that of the control group(83.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 10.20%,lower than that in the control group(27.08%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Targeted nursing applied to postoperative bone injury patients can alleviate postoperative pain,reduce the risk of postoperative movement phobia,promote functional rehabilitation of affected limbs,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.关键词
