Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in traumatic splenic rupture patients treated with abdominal trauma surgery.Methods:85 traumatic splenic rupture patients treated with abdominal trauma surgery in Dalian Municipal Central Hospital were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into a control group(n=42)and an observation group(n=43)according to random number table.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group was combined with the control group on the basis of comprehensive nursing intervention.The psychological status,quality of life,and accurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in comparison of anxiety and depression scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in the Short Form Health Survey(SF-36)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the SF-36 scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group(2.32%)was lower than that in the control group(19.04%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had shorter bed rest time,time to first flatus,time to first oral intake,duration of splenic fossa drainage tube retention,and length of hospital stay compared to the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate in the observation group(97.67%)was higher than that in the control group(83.72%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Providing traumatic splenic rupture patients with comprehensive nursing care can help alleviate negative emotions,improve quality of life,and reduce complication rate.关键词
