Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of predictive nursing in patients with severed finger replantation.Methods:80 patients with severed finger replantation treated in our hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received predictive nursing.Nursing satisfaction,complications and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The total satisfaction of nursing in the observation group was 97.50%,higher than that in the control group(80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.50%,lower than that in the control group(20.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Predictive nursing can reduce the incidence of complications,increase nursing satisfaction and improve the quality of life of patients with severed finger replantation,and it has application value.关键词
