Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of operating room nursing in elderly patients with hip replacement.Methods:86 elderly patients with hip replacement treated in our hospital from April 2019 to April 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received basic nursing,and the observation group received operating room nursing based on the control group.The hip function,complications,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The hip function of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.66%,which was lower than 20.93%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Operation room nursing for elderly patients with hip replacement can improve hip function,reduce complication rate,improve quality of life and nursing satisfaction,and has application value.关键词
