Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of targeted nursing on elderly patients undergoing orthopedic surgery under general anesthesia.Methods:74 elderly orthopedic surgery patients with general anesthesia admitted to the hospital from February 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the study objects, and they were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method,37 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received targeted nursing. The incidence of complications, recovery, heart rate, blood pressure and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results:The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.70%,lower than that in the control group(16.20%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of body temperature return to normal, extubation time and time away from the chamber in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).During the recovery period, the heart rate and blood pressure of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Targeted nursing for elderly patients undergoing orthopedic surgery under general anesthesia can effectively prevent the adverse effects caused by hypothermia and improve the effect of postoperative rehabilitation.关键词
