Abstract
Objective:To explore the impact of perioperative holistic nursing in emergency surgery on the complications and mortality rate of patients with traumatic rib fractures combined with liver and spleen rupture.Methods:Selecting 70 patients with traumatic rib fractures combined with liver and spleen rupture admitted to our hospital from February 2020 to January 2023 as the research subjects,Randomly assign patient numbers,with odd numbers as the control group(n=35)and even numbers as the observation group(n=35).The control group received routine perioperative care,while the observation group received overall perioperative care on the basis of the control group.The complications and mortality,quality of life,pain level,negative emotion and nursing satisfaction between two groups were compared.Results:The total incidence of complications and mortality in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,SF-36 scores in all dimensions of 2 groups were higher than before nursing,and observation group was higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Visual simulation,anxiety and depression scores of 2 groups were lower than before nursing,and observation group was lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of perioperative holistic nursing in patients with traumatic rib fracture combined with rupture of liver and spleen has significant nursing effect,which can effectively reduce the incidence of complications and mortality of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,reduce the pain and negative emotions of patients,promote the physical rehabilitation of patients,and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.It has application value and has application value.关键词
