摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the intervention effect of comprehensive nutrition combined with exercise nursing bore disease in patients with renal osteopathy undergoing maintenance hemodialysis.Methods:70 patients with renal osteopathy undergoing maintenance hemodialysis treated in our hospital from July 2018 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, with 35 cases. The control group received routine nursing intervention, while the observation group received comprehensive nutrition combined with exercise nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The differences in nursing outcomes between the two groups before and after 3 months of treatment were compared. Results:After 3 months of intervention, transferrin, prealbumin, serum albumin and hemoglobin in two groups were higher than before intervention, and observation group was higher than control group, while blood phosphorus and blood calcium in observation group were lower than control group, the differences were statistically significant between the groups(P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention, the Fugl-Meyer Motor Function Assessment Scale score, quality of life score and bone mineral density level in two groups were higher than before intervention, and the observation group was higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive nutrition combined with exercise nursing intervention can improve the nutritional level of maintenance hemodialysis patients with renal osteopathy, reduce the blood phosphorus and calcium levels, increase the bone mineral density level, improve the motor function, and then improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
