Abstract
Objective:To explore the impact of the integrated nursing management model of medical staff and patients in patients with bone tumors.Methods:79 patients with bone tumors admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into an experimental group(n=40)and a control group(n=39).The control group received routine nursing,while the experimental group received integrated nursing management model of medical staff and patients based on the control group.The nursing observation time of two groups was 3 months.The effect of nursing intervention were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After 3 months of nursing,the general self-efficacy scale(GSES)scores of both groups were higher than before nursing,and the experimental group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after 3 months of nursing,both groups had higher resilience and optimism scores than before nursing,and the experimental group had higher scores than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after 3 months of nursing,the experimental group had higher scores in all dimensions of quality of life than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of integrated nursing management model of medical staff and patients patients with bone tumors can reduce the incidence of complications,improve the psychological resilience and self-efficacy level of patients,and continuously improve their quality of life.关键词
