摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of path-based nursing combined with integrated nursing management on the prevention of postoperative incision infection in orthopedics.Methods:88 patients with lumbar bruceopathy spondylitis treated in Tianjin Second People's Hospital from February 2018 to February 2023 were selected as research objects, and the patients were divided into a pathway group and a control group according to random number table method, with 44 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the pathway group was given path-based nursing combined with integrated nursing management based on the control group. The incidence rate of incision infection, postoperative recovery, nursing satisfaction and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups. Results:The incidence rate of incision infection in the pathway group was 2.27%,which was lower than 13.64%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative drainage volume in the pathway group was lower than that in the control group, and the postoperative wound healing time and postoperative hospitalization time were shorter than those in the control group, with statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in pathway group was 100.00%,which was higher than 86.36%in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing, the quality of life scores of physiological, psychological, social relations and environmental dimension in pathway group were higher than those in control group, and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of routing nursing and integrated nursing management can effectively prevent the occurrence of incision infection after orthopedic surgery, promote the recovery of patients, and improve the nursing satisfaction and quality of life of patients.关键词
