摘要
Abstract
Postoperative deep vein thrombosis in fracture patients generally refers to the deep vein thrombosis in lower limbs,and its occurrence is mostly related to the underlying diseases of patients,too long operation time,improper use of anesthesia methods,intraoperative venous wall trauma,and abnormal coagulation function of patients.With the development of modern nursing concept,the current"disease-centered"nursing model has developed into a"health-centered"nursing model.This paper summarizes the formation mechanism of postoperative deep vein thrombosis in fracture patients,and summarizes the research progress in nursing care of postoperative deep vein thrombosis in fracture patients,such as routine nursing,early warning nursing based on Caprini scale,extended nursing,Team STEPPS model nursing,TCM characteristic nursing,and quality control circle activity nursing,so as to promote continuous improvement of patient prognosis.关键词
