摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of damage control surgery in patients with pancreatic trauma.Methods:Seventy-eight patients with pancreatic trauma admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to July 2021 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into a traditional group and a control group by double-blind method, with 39 cases in each group.Partial pancreatectomy was performed in the traditional group and damage control surgery was performed in the control group. The clinical efficacy, clinical indexes, pain degree and complications were compared between the two groups. Results:After surgery, the operation and hospital stay time of the control group were shorter than those of the traditional group, and the pain of Visual Analogue Scale score was lower than that of the traditional group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the control group was 97.44%,which was higher than 82.05%of the traditional group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total complication rate in the control group was 5.13%,which was lower than 25.64%in the traditional group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Damage control surgery for pancreatic trauma can improve the surgical effect and reduce complications, reduce the degree of pain.关键词
