测深器和螺钉无透视辅助技术在使用交锁髓内钉治疗股骨干骨折患者中的应用
Application of Non-Fluoroscopic Techniques of Depth Sounder and Screw in the Treatment of Femoral Shaft Fractures with Interlocking Intramedullary Nails

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application of non-fluoroscopic techniques of depth sounder and screw in the treatment of femoral shaft fractures with interlocking intramedullary nails.Methods:60 patients with femoral shaft fracture treated with interlocking intramedullary nailing from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to the different assistive technology,they were divided into a study group and a control group,30 cases each.The study group adopted sounder and screw non-perspective assisted technology,and the control group adopted modified freehand locking technique under perspective.The therapeutic effect,intraoperative X-ray times,operation duration,intraoperative blood loss,length of hospital stay,postoperative deep vein thrombosis and fracture healing were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the operation time of the study group was shorter,the amount of blood loss and the number of intraoperative X-ray fluoroscopy were less,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in drainage rate,hospital stay and fracture healing time between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in distinguished achiever ratio between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of femoral shaft fracture with interlocking intramedullary nails,the application of non-fluoroscopic techniques with depth sounder and screw can significantly reduce the number of X-ray fluoroscopy,shorten the operation time and reduce the amount of blood.关键词
