Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of serum β2-microglobulin combined with immunoglobulin detection in the early di-agnosis of multiple myeloma.Methods:A total of 100 patients who came to the hospital from January 2020 to October 2022 were se-lected as the study objects,and the observation group(n=50)was patients who came to the hospital for treatment of multiple myeloma.The control group(n=50)was the healthy people who came to the hospital for physical examination.Serum β2-microglobulin combined with immunoglobulin was detected in both groups,and control analysis was performed on the detection results.Results:The results of serum β2-microglobulin,immunoglobulin A,immunoglobulin G,lactate dehydrogenase and hypersensitive C-reactive protein in observa-tion group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with observation group I,the results of the other two groups were higher,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Com-pared with observation group Ⅱ,the results of observation group Ⅲ were higher,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the ineffective treatment group,the results of all indexes measured in the effective treatment group were lower,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of acupuncture combined with modern rehabilitation therapy for patients with limb dysfunction after stroke is significant,which can effectively reduce the patient's degree of neurological deficit,improve their ability of daily living,and promote the recovery of their limb motor function and overall body function.关键词
