四维牵引配合理筋正骨手法及调气机治疗颈椎曲度异常患者的临床效果
Clinical Effect of Four-Dimensional Traction Combined with Reasonable Sinew Manipulation and Qi-Regulating Machine in the Treatment of Patients with Abnormal Cervical Curvature

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of four-dimensional traction combined with reasonable sinew manipulation and qi-regulating machine in the treatment of patients with abnormal cervical curvature.Methods:64 patients with abnormal cervical vertebra curvature treated in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with the manipulation of tendons and bonesitting and regulating qi,and the observation group was treated with four-dimensional traction.The control group was treated with the manipulation of tendons and bonesitting and regulating qi,and the observation group was treated with four-dimensional trac-tion.Results:After treatment,the arc rotation of the observation group was larger than that of the control group,and the C2～C7 Coob Angle was smaller than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the cervical spine score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Four-dimensional traction combined with reasonable tendon bone-setting manipulation and qi-regulating machine in the treatment of patients with abnormal cervical curvature can improve the treatment efficiency,improve the situation of pa-tients with abnormal cervical curvature,which is conducive to prognosis,and has certain application value.关键词
