人性化急救服务在四肢骨干开放性骨折患者中的应用效果研究
Study on the Application Effect of Humanistic First Aid Service in Patients with Open Fracture of Diaphysis of Extremities
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of humanistic first aid service in patients with open fracture of diaphysis of extremities.Methods:58 patients with open fractures of the diaphysis of extremities admitted to our hospital from February 2020 to February 2021 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into a study group and a reference group using the random number table method, with 29 cases in each group. The study group received humanistic first aid service, while the reference group received routine emergency service. The treatment effectiveness, incidence of complications and overall satisfaction between two groups were compared. Results:The fracture healing rate in the study group was higher than that in the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the incidence of fracture site deformities and limb motor dysfunction between the two groups(P>0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was 3.45%,which was lower than 34.48%in the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the study group was 96.55%,which was higher than 75.86%in the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying humanistic firest aid service in patients with open fractures of diaphysis of extremities can not only achieve relatively ideal treatment results, but also reduce the incidence of complications and improve satisfaction, making it a relatively ideal emergency care method.关键词
