Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of proprioceptive sensory training in the rehabilitation treatment of knee joint function after minimally invasive surgery for patellar fracture.Methods:90 patients undergoing minimally invasive surgery for patellar fracture at Liaoning Health Industry Group Fuxin Mining General Hospital from July 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 45 patients in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation training and nursing measures,while the observation group received rehabilitation training guided by proprioceptive sensory training.The knee joint function recovery and overall rehabilitation were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the OA index of knee joint function in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the Berg Balance Scale score was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The overall rehabilitation time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of various dimensions in the Short Form Health Survey in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The scores of the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale,Self-Rating Depression Scale,and Visual Analog Scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Providing proprioceptive sensory training to patients undergoing minimally invasive surgery for patellar fracture is beneficial for promoting the recovery of knee joint function and balance function,shortening hospital stay,improving the quality of life and nursing satisfaction,and enhancing patients'overall quality of life,emotional state,and pain perception.关键词
