Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of accelerated rehabilitation mode on the functional recovery of wrist joint after distal radius fracture.Methods:A total of 120 patients with distal radius fracture admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.Patients in both groups were treated with minimally invasive distal radial locking plate internal fixation,and received conventional analgesic,anti-inflammatory,anti-infection and other drugs after surgery.The control group was rehabilitated ac-cording to the routine rehabilitation treatment plan.The observation group adopted accelerated rehabilitation mode,including early func-tional exercise,early walking and early weight bearing.The wrist function score,pain score,range of motion and swelling were compared.Results:The wrist function score,pain score and swelling degree in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group 3 months after surgery,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The walking time and weight-bearing time in the observation group were also significantly earlier than those in the control group,and the differences be-tween the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the con-trol group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Accelerated rehabilitation mode can significantly accel-erate the recovery of wrist joint function after distal radius fracture,reduce the pain and swelling degree of patients,and improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
