Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of phased rehabilitation nursing in vertebroplasty patients with spinal stressfracture.Methods:76 patients with spinal stress fracture admitted to Dongxiang District People's Hospital of Fuzhou City from April 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into 2 groups according to random number table method,with 38 pa-tients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received phased rehabilitation nursing.Both groups received continuous nursing for 2 months.The pain degree,lumbar and back function,complications,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the visual analogue score of pain in the observation group was(2.65±0.56)points,which was lower than that in the control group(4.11±0.78)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the scores of subjective symptoms,clinical signs,daily life and total score assessed by the Japanese Orthopaedic Association were(7.11±0.96)points,(4.43±0.57)points,(11.65±1.64)points and(23.12±3.45)points,respectively,they were higher than the control group(5.56±0.83)points,(3.68±0.52)points,(9.11±1.35)points,(18.19±2.69)points,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of psychological,physical,social function and material life status of the observation group were(82.81±7.60)points,(83.86±6.77)points,(82.86±6.98)points and(84.79±7.35)points,respectively.It was higher than that of the control group(74.73±6.25)points,(75.73±6.26)points,(76.74±6.25)points and(73.76±6.28)points,and the dif-ferences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.26%,low-er than 21.05%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 94.74%,higher than 76.32%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Phased re-habilitation nursing can promote the recovery of lumbar and back function of vertebroplasty patients with spinal stress fracture,reduce pain,and improve the quality of life.At the same time,it can also reduce the risk of postoperative complications,improve the prognosis,and improve patient satisfaction.关键词
