Abstract
Objective:To study and explore the effect of heat preservation measures in operating room nursing on the incidence of complications in elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture.Methods:A total of 62 patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur who underwent open reduction and internal fixation in the Department of Orthopedic Surgery of our hospital from January 2021 to May 2023 were selected.According to the random number table method,62 patients were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 31 cases in each group.The control group and the study group were respectively given routine perioperative nursing intervention,routine perioperative nursing combined with intraoperative heat preservation nursing intervention.The changes of vital signs during the operation were compared,and the incidence of complications,postoperative recovery time,and nursing satisfaction were com-pared between the two groups.And before and after the nursing for the two groups of indicators such as comfort,psychology,sleep sta-tus,quality of life were compared.Results:Compared with the preoperative temperature,systolic blood pressure,and diastolic blood pressure,the temperature,systolic blood pressure,and diastolic blood pressure of the control group were significantly lower at 30 minutes after skin incision(P<0.05);In the study group,there were no significant changes in the indexes at 30 minutes after skin incision(P＞0.05).The total incidence of intraoperative and postoperative complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the time spent in bed rest and hospitalization and oth-er items in the study group was shorter,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of comfort and psychological evaluation of the two groups were significantly improved compared with the results before nursing.Compared with the control group,the score of comfort in the study group was higher,and the score of psychological evaluation in the study group was low-er,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the indexes of night sleep monitoring and evaluation in the two groups were significantly improved than those before nursing.Compared with the control group,the values of sleep onset latency and ac-tual sleep duration in the study group were better,and the scores of sleep quality evaluation in the study group were lower,and the dif-ferences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of the four dimensions of quality of life in the two groups were significantly higher than those before nursing,and the scores of each dimension of quality of life in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The survey results of nursing satisfaction in the two groups showed that the total satisfaction rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the perioperative nursing of patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur undergoing open reduction and internal fixation,the implementation of intraoperative heat preservation nursing measures can help patients maintain a constant state of intraoperative body temperature,reduce the fluctuation of intraoperative vital signs,reduce the risk of intraoperative hypothermia and postoperative complications,and play a good role in improving the comfort,psychology,sleep and quality of life of pa-tients.Make them more satisfied with the nursing service.关键词
