基于"互联网+护理服务"的综合健康教育在类风湿关节炎患者中的应用效果
Application Effect of Comprehensive Health Education Based on"Internet+Nursing Services"in Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis

Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of comprehensive health education based on"Internet+nursing services"in patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods:368 RA patients admitted to the Department of Rheumatology,Hematology Department,Baoji Central Hospital from October 2018 to September 2021 were randomly divided into a control group(n=183)and an experimental group(n=185).The control group received routine health education,while the experimental group received comprehensive health education based on"Internet+nursing services."Pain Visual Analog Scale(VAS)scores,Disease Activity Score 28 based on C-reactive protein(DAS28-CRP)scores,and Stanford Health Assessment Questionnaire(HAQ)scores were compared between the two groups.The differences in patients'mastery of disease-related knowledge and satisfaction with nursing work were assessed.Results:After nursing,the VAS,DAS28-CRP,and HAQ scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The mastery level of various knowledge in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction with nursing work in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive health education based on"Internet+nursing services"can improve patients'understanding of RA-related knowledge and their overall health status,effectively enhance their quality of life,and increase satisfaction with nursing work.关键词
