Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effectiveness of Dexmedetomidine composite intraspinal anesthesia in the prevention and treatment of postoperative delirium in elderly patients with hip fracture.Methods:A total of 40 elderly patients with hip fracture diagnosed and received surgical treatment in Panjin Liaoyou Precious Stone Flower Hospital from April 2020 to April 2021 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 20 patients in each group.The control group received normal saline combined with intraspinal anesthesia,and the observation group received Dexmedetomidine composite intraspinal anesthesia.The incidence of postoperative delirium,incidence of adverse reactions,negative emotions,intervention effectiveness,quality of life and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of postoperative delirium and adverse reactions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant between the two groups(P＜0.05).The satisfaction and total effective rate of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The scores of physical pain,physiological function,psychological function,social function,life ability and general health in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).At 1,3 and 5 days after intervention,the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale and Hamilton Depression Scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Dexmedetomidine composite intraspinal anesthesia has a positive effect on the prevention and treatment of postoperative delirium in elderly patients with hip fracture.It can improve the prognosis and negative emotion of patients,improve patient satisfaction and quality of life,and has a high safety.关键词
