Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of bilateral percutaneous kyphoplasty pedicle(PKP)on the function of the injured vertebral function in patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures.Methods:86 patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures treated in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the study objects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group underwent unilateral PKP,the observation group underwent bilateral PKP.The therapeutic effect and functional recovery of injured vertebra were compared between the two groups.Results:The fluoroscopy times and operation time of the observation group were longer than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P＜0.05).6 months after surgery,the Cobb angle of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the vertebral anterior margin height of the injured vertebra was higher than that of the control group,and the Oswestry disability index score was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance between the two groups(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Bilateral PKP in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures patients,although the operation time is longer,more fluoroscopy times,but the patient's vertebral function recovery is better,has certain clinical application value.关键词
