右胫骨高位截骨内固定术联合左侧髂骨取骨术在膝关节骨性关节炎患者治疗中的应用效果

Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of high tibial osteotomy with internal fixation of the right tibia combined with iliac bone grafting on the left side in patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods:Sixty patients with knee osteoarthritis treated at Wendeng Orthopedic Hospital of Shandong Province from April 2019 to April 2021 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group,using a random number table.The control group was treated with fibular osteotomy,and the observation group was treated with high tibial osteotomy with internal fixation of the right tibia combined with iliac bone grafting on the left side.The surgical indicators and treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The intraoperative blood loss,operation time,length of hospital stay,and fracture healing time in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in Visual Analog Scale(VAS),Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index(WOMAC),Lysholm Knee Scoring Scale,and Hip-Knee-Ankle(HKA)angle between the two groups(P＞0.05);after treatment,the VAS score and WOMAC score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the Lysholm score was higher than that in the control group,and the HKA angle was greater than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of high tibial osteotomy with internal fixation of the right tibia combined with iliac bone grafting on the left side is better in the treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis.关键词
