经皮多根针联合生血补髓汤治疗老年肱骨外科颈骨折疗效及安全性研究
Analysis of the Effect of Microfracture Combined with Sodium Hyaluronate Injection in Repairing Articular Cartilage Injury of Knee Joint

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of percutaneous fixation with multiple Kirschner wires combined with Shengxue Bushui Decoction in the treatment of surgical neck fractures of the humerus in the elderly.Methods:60 elderly patients with surgical neck fracture of humerus admitted to Huakang Hospital of Huizhou from January 2020 to April 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into study group and control group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The study group was treated with percutaneous Dogenk's needle fixation combined with Shengxue Busheng Decoction,and the control group was treated with percutaneous Dogenk's needle fixation.The rehabilitation status of shoulder joint function,curative effect and serum calcium(OC),25-hydroxyvitamin D3(25-(OH)-D3),hemoglobin(HB),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),Urea(Urea)and cre-atinine(Cr)were compared between 2 groups.Results:Six months after surgery,Neer shoulder joint function scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P＜0.05);the excellent and good rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);OC,25-(OH)-D3 and HB in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);there were no significant differences in ALT,Urea and Cr between two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of elderly patients with surgical neck fractures of the humerus with percutaneous multi root Kirschner wire internal fixation and Sheng Xue Bu Shui Tang can achieve better efficacy,which is conducive to promoting fracture healing in elderly patients and accelerating functional recovery of the shoulder joint.It is a safe and effective treatment method for elderly patients with surgical neck fractures of the humerus,and has im-portant clinical value in improving and ensuring the quality of life and physical and mental health of elderly patients.关键词
