Abstract
Objective:To explore the value of family participation early rehabilitation intervention in improving the daily living ability and prognosis of children with spinal cord injury.Methods:55 children with spinal cord injury admitted to our hospital from September 2016 to September 2020 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method.The control group(n=27)received routine intervention,and the observation group(n=28)received family participation early rehabilitation intervention based on the control group.The Ability Daily Living Rating Investigation(ADLPI),Functional Independent Measure(FIM),the MOS item Short Form Health Survey(SF-36)scores and parental nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the care,tools,needs and total scores of ADLIP in the observation group were(14.12±3.42)points,(13.23±2.13)points,(12.13±1.42)points and(39.48±6.97)points,respectively,which were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05);the FIM scores in all dimensions of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05);the SF-36 scores in all dimensions of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05);the nursing satisfaction rate of parents in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Family participation early rehabilitation intervention can improve the daily living ability and quality of life of children with spinal cord injury.关键词
