Abstract
Objective:To analyze the influence of high-quality nursing combined with predictive nursing on mental state and com-plications of patients with severe craniocerebral injury.Methods:74 patients with severe craniocerebral injury admitted to our hospital from October 2019 to October 2021 were randomly selected and divided into the reference group and the study group according to com-puter sequencing,with 37 cases in each group.The reference group received conventional nursing during treatment,and the study group received high-quality nursing combined with predictive nursing.The incidence of complications in the two groups was counted,the psy-chological states of anxiety and depression before and after nursing were compared between the two groups,and the total nursing satis-faction and mortality of the two groups were recorded.Results:The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Before nursing,there were no sig-nificant differences in depression and anxiety scores between the two groups(P＞0.05).After nursing,the scores of anxiety and depres-sion in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the scores of anxiety and depression in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,with statistical significance between the two groups(P＜0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the reference group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The mortality rate of the study group was significantly lower than that of the reference group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:In the process of nursing patients with severe craniocerebral injury,the combination of high-quality nursing and predictive nursing can reduce the possibility of complications and reduce the anxiety and depression of pa-tients.关键词
