摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Orem self-care mode on elderly patients with hip fracture. Methods:In this study,102 elderly patients with hip fracture admitted to our hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into a conventional group and a study group, with 51 cases in each group. The conventional group adopted the routine nursing mode and the research group adopted the Orem self-care mode, and the nursing effect of the two groups was com-pared.Results:The total awareness rate of disease-related knowledge in the study group was 96.08%which was higher than 78.43%in the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the self-care ability score of the study group was higher than that of the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 1 and 3 months after operation, the hip function score of the study group was higher than that of the conventional group, and the differences were statis-tically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 7.84%,which was lower than 29.41%in the conven-tional group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing in the study group was 94.12%,which was lower than 78.43%in the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of Orem self-care mode for elderly patients with hip fracture can help improve their awareness of the disease, and have a positive effect on improving postoperative recovery and nursing satisfaction.关键词
